Reaching the world for Christ
Gods will and Healing
When
looking
at
the
will
of
God,
it’s
important
to
note
that
his
will
is
his
word.
If
ever
you
want
to
know
the
will
of
God
in
a
certain
issue,
the
only place to look at is his word.
Romans
12:2
declares
that
we
are
not
to
be
conformed
but
transformed
by
the
renewing
of
our
minds
that
we
may
know
what
the
good,
acceptable
will
of
God
is.
In
Exodus
15
and
verse
26,
the
people
of
Israel
had
the
revelation
of
God
as
their
healer
(Jehovah
Rapha).
Never
is
it
written
that
God
is
an
afflicter
but
rather
he
is
known
as
the
healer.
Another
way
to
know
the
will
of
the
father
is
to
look
at
the
person
of
Jesus
for
he
came
to
do
the
will
of
his
father.
Jesus
said
the
works
he
did
were
the
works
of
his
father
(John
14:10),
he
revealed
the
will
of
his
father
to
mankind.
At
his
birth
the
angels
declared
“glory
to
God
in
the
highest
and
on
earth
peace,
good
will
toward
men.
(Luke
2:14).
He
revealed
the
fathers
perfect
will
even
as
he
said
many
times
“thy
will
be
done.”
Hebrews
10:7
declares
of
Jesus
that
he
came
to
do
his
father’s
will,
his
will
to
heal,
deliver
and
set
free
those
who
were
sick
and
oppressed
of
the
devil.
Jesus
encounter
with
a
leper
also
revealed
his
will
to
heal
those
who
are
sick
(Mathew
8:3).
In
this
encounter,
the
man
who
was
afflicted
with
leprosy
he
came
to
Jesus
not
knowing
whether
it
was
Gods
will
for
him
to
be
healed.
The
scriptures
declare
that
he
came
to
Jesus
and
said
“if
it
be
thy
will,
thou
canst
make
me
clean
and
Jesus
put
forth
his
hand
and
said,
I
will;
be
thou
clean.”
Jesus
clearly
revealed
Gods
will
for
the
sick
when
he
said
I
will,
and
Jesus
is
still
saying
this
seeing
he
is
still
the
same
yesterday,
today
and
forever
as
Hebrews
13:
8
declares.
Another
scripture
which
reveals
the
will
of
the
father
on
healing
is
found
in
the
third
epistle
of
John
and
verses
two
which
declares
“beloved
I
wish
above
all
things
that
thou
mayest
prosper
and
be
in
health,
even
as
thy
soul
prospereth.
”God’s
greatest
desire
for
the
believer
above
all
things
is
for
him
to
walk
in
health.
Gods
will
for
the
person
who
is
sick
is
for
him
to
be
healed
of
his
disease
and
walk
in
the
blessings
of
God
which
is
divine
health.
Another
scripture
which
shows
Gods
will
to
heal
is
found
in
Luke’s
gospel
chapter
11:2
where
Jesus
declared
“thy
will
be
done,
as
in
heaven
so
in
earth”.
There
is
no
sickness
in
heaven
as
is
seen
in
the
scriptures.
Luke
20:
36
declares
there
is
no
death
in
heaven,
Revelation
7:17
declares
there
is
no
sorrow
in
heaven,
Revelation
21:4
declares
there
is
no
pain
in
heaven.
Gods
will
for
his
church
is
that
they
not
only
prosper
in
their
finances
and
soul’s
but
also
in
their
bodies.
Gods
will
for
healing
was
revealed
in
the
scriptures
which
say
“by
his
stripes
we
were
healed”
(1
peter
2:24).
Nowhere
was
it
stated
in
the
New
Testament
that
Jesus
ever
made
any
man
sick
but
rather
he
came
to
do
the
works
of
the
father
which
is
to
heal.
No
one
ever
came
to
the
master
to
be
healed
and
left
the
same,
for
the
scriptures
declare
that
as
many
that
came
to
him
were
healed
of
their
infirmities
(Luke
5:15,
Luke
8:2,
Luke13:11,
John
5:5).
Hebrews
1:3a
declares
of
Jesus
that
he
was
his
express
image
of
the
father,
for
if
you
saw
him
and
his
works,
you
were
looking
at
the
works
of
the
father
also.
Jesus
said,
“he
that
has
seen
me
has
seen
the
father”(John
14:9)
The
works
that
Jesus
did
were
a
demonstration of the very will of God the father unto mankind, all the healings, miracles were evidently were a demonstration of God’s love
